Create a busy character juggling an overwhelming list of things to do. Write it with humor as things spiral out of control, but bring the scene to resolution.

Wow, I think your prompts might be somewhat helpful to me. I've been stuck for a short story I'm writing. I think I'll go through a few of these to try to get things flowing a little--Thanks for taking time to post these!

Prompts really can make a difference. Several of my published stories came about by combining two prompts.
Currently, I'm writing a story that has to include a train or transportation depot of some sort.
